We all know that I am a HUGE Michale Jackson fan...I understand he was a bit creepy, but I still loved him. We have spent the last 24 hours listening to a lot of his music. I decided to take a picture of all of my MJ record albums. R.I.P. dear Michael!

Look what I came across today. They were sitting and resting when I got out of my car to take a picture. The momma duck saw me...got up...started waddling...and the baby ducks did the exact same thing. SO CUTE!

Day 8

ANGRY VANS

I love these shoes! I saw them as I was walking through the mall one day and decided that they were meant for me! Those of you who have known me since my teenage years, know how much I love fun and random shoes. I had converse in almost every color and style that you can think of. Anyway, I just loved these shoes, but a new pair of vans cost close to $50.00. I became obsessed. I had told Jake about them and he became a bit obsessed also. He decided to get them for me one day. He looked for them at the mall by his work...no such luck! He looked on-line...no such luck. He even called the store I found them at and they said they had no idea what he was talking about. I started to believe that I may have dreamt up these shoes. So then, one day, my sis-in-law, Morgan, insisted that we go to the mall and buy the shoes. THERE THEY WERE! Here's the best part...the display pair were the last pair in stock (possibly in existence), they were in my size and since they were a bit dirty from being on display, they gave them to me for $10! I swear!

I know there are technically 3 photos here, but it's one collage :) Jake and I were watching some old shows on Hulu and youtube. I remembered this Saturday morning special from 1983. It was called the Red Room and it scared the hey-diddle out of me! We found a clip of it and I just had to take some pics...scary huh?

We visited a new park today...had fun...took lots of pics! Ellie took this one,
but she was laughing the whole time and it made it blur.
Jake and I met almost 16 years ago...we've been married for almost 12!

Day3

This is my niece Megan and her boyfriend Justin. I bought him a back scratcher for his birthday and made him but the bow on his head. They were getting ready to go out to dinner. I told him he had to wear it during dinner and his reply was..."I would if she would let me"...she being, Megan. Poor boy... :) Love you Meggie Lou!

Day 2

I had to take a drug test today. I just got hired on at Kohl's and they want some proof that I am not a druggie! No prob...except, wait...remember that rule about no eating poppyseeds the day of a drug test...it can sometimes show as THC in your urine...oops...I had a poppyseed muffin this morning. Now you have to understand that I didn't know I would be taking the test this morning. I didn't find out till the afternoon. Dang! I have a friend who had a drug test come back positive because of her poppyseed muffin! Keep your fingers crossed!

Day 1

Today was Charlie's first "offical" day of NO SCHOOL! He got bored pretty fast. He didn't realize that what mommy does at home isn't nearly as fun and entertianing as what he does at school. Eventually I gave into the..."Can I PLEASE play my DS?"...."YES!!!! PLAY YOUR DS!!!!"

My Attempt at Project 365!

So a few of my friends do this thing called "Project 365". You are supposed to post 1 picture, every day for 365 days. I guess the point is to be able to look back on the little (and big) things each day. I'm not sure that I really take a picture everyday, but I'm going to try. Don't get too excited though...
